1. Only Aeropost Venezuela and Aeropost Trinidad & Tobago customers participate in this promotion.
2. The valid promotional period for Aeropost Trinidad & Tobago customers will run from March 28 to May 31, 2015.
3. AIS will credit the customer’s account with USD $10.00 for every referral that signs up for a new account and brings in their first package.
4. Each referral will receive a free Basic Account for one year as of the moment they activate and formalize their account, plus USD $10.00 credited to their account.
5. In all cases, the credit will be applied to the customer’s Aeropost/Aerocasillas account. This credit expires after 90 days and it is non-exchangeable for cash
6. This promotion is not valid for referrals that already hold an active, closed or suspended account with Aeropost.
7. Referrals must sign up via the email invite a customer sends through their MyAero account or through Facebook, using the link sent by AIS, during the promotional period for the referral to be valid.
8. If the customer’s account is not credited by the end of the promotional period, the client will have one week as of the aforementioned date to submit a claim. Otherwise, neither AIS nor its local agents will be responsible.
9. AIS may immediately suspend this promotion, without incurring any liability, were there fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes but is not limited to alterations, substitutions or any other irregularity that were to take place throughout the development of this promotion.
10. If, by any chance or force of nature, AIS were to temporarily or permanently suspend this promotion, AIS will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point.
11. Credits are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non- exchangeable for cash or other goods or services and the credit will be applied to the customer's account only.
12. By claiming and using the credit, beneficiaries release AIS from all liability in the understanding that they have chosen to participate in this promotion and at their own will and risk; beneficiaries accept and understand all of the above clauses and waive any possible claims for damage, loss or detriment that may arise from the use, enjoyment or abuse of the benefits of these credits.
13. Participants accept being informed of any additions or clarifications to these terms and conditions by the sole publication of these by AIS on www.aeropost.com, in this same section..
