Rewards Promotion 2020
Terms and Conditions
This promotion is sponsored and conducted by Aeropost International Services Inc. (AIS), and governed under the following conditions:
1. All Aeropost Network costumers from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, British Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Vincent, Jamaica, Barbados, Curacao, Anguilla, Saint Maarten, Saint Lucia, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Islands and Bahamas, participate in this promotion. In order to participate, customers must first receive direct communication of this promotion via email.
2. The promotional period begins on July 24, 2020 at 12:01am UTC and ends on October 30, 2020 at 11:59pm UTC.
3. The promotion consist of AIS offering the customer a US$10.00 benefit for every 2 aeropost.com orders, that have been delivered or made available for pickup to the customer.
Coupons will only be redeemable at the end of the promotional period (from November 5, 2020 to November 30, 2020). Benefits will be added and presented as one single coupon; therefore, the more orders the customer places, the greater the coupon benefit amount will be. The prize coupon will be sent to the customer's registered email address at the end of the promotional period.
4. The customer earn 500 points for each order made on aeropost.com during the promotional period. For every 1000 accumulated points (2 orders), you receive a benefit of US$10.00.
5. One coupon per account only. Each coupon is valid for one order only and is valid for 26 days as of the date of reception.
6.The customer will receive the coupon via email after the promotional period ends. If the coupon is not sent to the email for any reason, the customer has to write to Aeropost Customer Service <service@aeropost.com> or a chat service in 7 days tops, otherwise the coupon will expire and the claim will not be valid.
7. Coupons do not apply in combination with other credits, coupons or promotions. Coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods or services, and will only be applied to the customer's account.
8. The customer may only use the coupon within the promotional period, on any product found in Aeropost.com, except for those goods restricted by local authorities that require special permits for nationalization. This promotion applies to all payment methods available in each country.
9. This promotion does not apply to closed or suspended Aeropost account holders.
10. AIS may immediately suspend this promotion, without incurring any liability, were there fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes but is not limited to alterations, substitutions or any other irregularity that were to take place throughout the development of this promotion.
11. If, by any chance or force of nature, AIS were to temporarily or permanently suspend this promotion, AIS will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point.
12. Participants agree in advance to the coupons under the conditions AIS chose them, without claiming improvements or changes in any way.
13. Beneficiaries release AIS from all liability in the understanding that they have chosen to participate in this promotion at their own will and risk; beneficiaries accept and understand all of the above clauses and waive any possible claims for damage, loss or detriment that may arise from the use, enjoyment or abuse of the benefits of these discounts.
14. Participants accept being informed of any additions or clarifications to these terms and conditions by the sole publication of these, by AIS, on www.aeropost.com, in this same section.
