Refer A Friend Promotion

Terms and Conditions

This promotion is sponsored and conducted by Aeropost.com LLC (AP), en Miami, FL, and its subsidiary, and governed under the following conditions:

1. The promotional period begins on January 1, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2023.

2. All Aeropost.com Network costumers, except for Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and Bahamas can participate in this promotion.

3. Only in the promotional period each referred friend will receive a free Basic account and a credit of USD $10.00, upon registration to Aeropost's service. Referred friends will be able to have one single account, validated using the customer's ID number. Non-applicable to referred friends, holders of an active, closed or suspended Aeropost.com account.

4. The customer can refer a maximum of 5 friends.

5. Referred friends must register exclusively through the link in the invitation sent by email. Referred friends must register using the same email address to which the invitation was sent when invited to join the service.

6. The referring customer will receive USD $10.00 for every referred friend that opens a new account and makes their first purchase verified by Aeropost. The referred friend's first purchase must be received in Miami before the end of the promotional period to have the US$10.00 benefit credited to the referring friend's account.

7. The referred friend will receive a USD $10.00 credit within the promotional period once they have registered to the service via the invitation link. If, for any reason, the referred friend were not to receive the credit, the claim must be presented before Customer Service no later than 15 natural days after date of registration. Otherwise, the credit will have expired and the claim will not be considered valid.

8. Credits will be deducted in order, by expiration date, from the first assigned credit to the most recent.

9. The customer will not be able to create additional accounts to enjoy extra benefits of the promotion. In case a customer creates additional accounts to the one he/she already has, we will proceed to verify the accounts within 48 hours, if the accounts are not from real customers they will be closed and the orders and/or packages will be cancelled. In case a customer registers to the refer a friend program with a temporary email address, the account(s) will be closed immediately.

10. Customers in countries with both the Miami address service and the all inclusive price online shopping service available may use their credit to pay for either service. Customers in countries that exclusively support the Miami address service may use their friend referral credit to pay for Aeropost shipping costs only.

11. In all cases, each USD $10.00 credit will be valid for 30 days as of the date of notification to the customer via email address.

12. The applicable exchange rate for Aeropost.com customers in Chile will be CLP $740 Chilean pesos; this means USD $10.00 will be equivalent to CLP $7,400 Chilean pesos.

13. Customers with a registered debit or credit card on file for autopayment must activate an option in My Account to have their credit automatically applied to package charges.

14. The customer may apply part or the totality of their available credit, and in the amounts that the balance allows it.

15. Friend referral credits are non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash, nor other goods or services, and will be applied to the customer's account only.

16. For returns or cancellation of transactions paid for with friend referral credits, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount originally paid, and the friend referral credit will keep its original expiration date.

17. Aeropost may immediately suspend this promotion, without incurring any liability, were there fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes but is not limited to alterations, substitutions or any other irregularity that were to take place throughout the development of this promotion.

18. If, by any chance or force of nature, Aeropost.com were to temporarily or permanently suspend this promotion, Aeropost.com will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point. Participants agree in advance to the credits under the conditions Aeropost.com chose them, without claiming improvements or changes in any way.

19. Beneficiaries release Aeropost.com from all liability in the understanding that they have chosen to participate in this promotion at their own will and risk; beneficiaries accept and understand all of the above clauses and waive any possible claims for damage, loss or detriment that may arise from the use, enjoyment or abuse of the benefits of these discounts.

20. Participants accept being informed of any additions or clarifications to these terms and conditions by the sole publication of these, by Aeropost, on www.aeropost.com, in this same section.
