'Lucky August' 2017 Promo

Terms and Conditions

This promotion is sponsored and conducted by Aeroshop LLC (ASP), and governed under the following conditions:

1. This promotion only applies to purchases made directly on aeropost.com.

2. The promotional period goes from August 1, 2017 at 12:01 am UTC to August 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm UTC.

3. All Aeropost Network customers from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Chile, Peru, Colombia, British Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Vincent, Jamaica, Barbados, Anguilla, Saint Maarten, Saint Lucia, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands and Curacao participate in this promotion. In order to participate, customers must make purchases directly on aeropost.com, in participating countries and within the promotional period herein established.

4. This promotion consists of purchasing directly from aeropost.com, within the promotional period, share order number and a picture of the purchased item with hashtag #luckyaugust on aeropost.com's fanpage (aeropostcom) to participate in weekly giveaways: one Amazon Fire Stick, one Kindle Fire Tablet and one Kindle per week.

5. ASP will give away (3) prizes per week, as of August 10, 2017 and until the end of the month, for a total of 12 prizes. Winners will be notified via private message to the participant's account. The prize will be sent to the customer's registered Aeropost account. The customer can contact Aeropost Customer Service via email at <service@aeropost.com> or via chat no later than 7 days after Aeropost's first contact to arrange delivery of the prize to present any claims. Otherwise, any claims will be void.

6. Posts will be considered valid provided they meet all promotional requirements, including: a valid order number, a picture of the purchased product and the promotional hashtag #luckyaugust.

7. ASP will give away a total of twelve (12) prizes during the month of August, for a total of twelve (12) winners. The more purchases a customer makes, the greater their chances to win. An account may only be awarded one (1) prize per week.

8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods or services, and will only be delivered to the customer's account.

9.This promotion does not apply to closed or suspended Aeropost account holders.

10. ASP may immediately suspend this promotion, without incurring any liability, were there fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes but is not limited to alterations, substitutions or any other irregularity that were to take place throughout the development of this promotion.

11. If, by any chance or force of nature, ASP were to temporarily or permanently suspend this promotion, ASP will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point.

12. Participants agree in advance to the coupons under the conditions ASP chose them, without claiming improvements or changes in any way.

13. Beneficiaries release ASP from all liability in the understanding that they have chosen to participate in this promotion at their own will and risk; beneficiaries accept and understand all of the above clauses and waive any possible claims for damage, loss or detriment that may arise from the use, enjoyment or abuse of the benefits of these discounts.

14. Participants accept being informed of any additions or clarifications to these terms and conditions by the sole publication of these, by ASP, on www.aeropost.com, in this same section.
